Our Animals
Here at Oak Tree Children’s Farm we’re all about the animals! You can get up close and personal with them – touch, stroke and feed them! We have petting all throughout the day where the whole family can experience close contact with all our friendly inhabitants.
The animals we have vary a little throughout the year but will generally include: cows, sheep, pigs, geese, guinea pigs, ducks, rabbits, goats, ferrets, donkeys and many rare breeds of chickens.

Our Fairy Houses
Fairy houses and wooden crafts are all made on the farm by various members of staff.
All wood used is recycled wood and logs. We make various wooden educational resources for schools and the public including our unique mud kitchen that is our most popular product along with our story chairs and toadstool outdoor furniture.

Our Jams, Preserves, Pickles, Eggs, Nuts and Scratchings.
Oak Tree Farm sells various produce supplied by a local family run business – Funky Food at Heath Hayes.
All our jams, marmalade and chutney is from Mrs Darlington’s.
Our free range eggs are laid fresh here on the farm and collected and packed for sale daily in our shop.
Our raw honey is produced by the bees on the farm, ideal for people local with hay fever allergies. Our honey comes direct from the hive with no added additives and full of beneficial antioxidants and nutrients.

Poultry, Aviary Birds and Enclosures
Poultry
We breed and sell poultry all year round. Some of our poultry are rare breeds. We sell chickens to the public, prices starting at £15 up to £45 for the more expensive rare breeds. We also sell hatching eggs, £1.50 to £4.00 per egg.

Aviary Birds and Enclosures
We sell Aviary bird enclosures for all Poultry, Aviary Birds, Rabbits and Ferrets. Prices start at £17.00 per panel – 6ft x 3ft with galvanised secure one inch by one and a half inch mesh. Various size pens can be made by joining together.
